Notice to CMTS and OMS for Windows customers.

The current versions of both CMTS and OMS for Windows is 5.002. CMTS was released in March 2003 and OMS was shipped in April 2003. The next version of both products will ship in the spring of 2004. If you have not received your update, please contact us. We are busy working on the next update. Please continue to share your comments and suggestions. They are very helpful and greatly appreciated.

When sending us email, please put your customer number and the product name on the subject line of your message. We give priority to our customers but receive many other messages and advertisments each week.

It is not necessary to close (to roll) the donation year before entering donations for the new year. Once the year is rolled, adjustments and other entries may no longer be made for the old year. We recommend waiting until all donors have had an opportunity to review their donation statements. Many churches and organizations like to wait until after April 15 of the following year. The system will keep the new year and old year separate, so you can wait as long as you like to close.
